Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Manager

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure flawless service and deliver exceptional guest experiences that not only meet but exceed expectations. You will lead, train, and inspire a high-performing service team, working collaboratively with the Head Chef and General Manager to align service with the venues vision. Additionally, you will manage budgets, control costs effectively, and maintain compliance with health and safety standards to ensure smooth operations.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for candidates with proven food and beverage management experience in Michelin-starred or Forbes luxury fine dining establishments. A strong knowledge of gastronomy, wine, and fine dining service protocols is essential. You should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a keen financial acumen in budgeting and cost control.
