Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Head Chef in the effective organisation, supervision, and control of kitchen operations. Your focus will be on ensuring that all kitchen staff carry out their duties to the highest standard. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of all dishes, preparing for business based on projected needs, following all kitchen schedules, and maintaining daily check sheets and temperature logs. Additionally, you will assist colleagues with stocking up, ensure a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness, and uphold a safe and organised workplace for everyone.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone who is ready to embrace life on an island and is a true team player, dedicated to guest service and calm under direct pressure. You should be responsible, keen to develop your skills, and eager to learn in a vibrant environment. Professional personal presentation is a must, along with experience in a similar role to ensure our guests receive only the best.
