What you will get in your new role

• A competitive hourly rate of £13.50 - £14.00 per hour.
• Consistent night shifts: 10pm to 7am.
• Four on, four off shift pattern.
• Commencing on 30th December 2025.

Responsibilities in your new role as Hotel Night Manager

You'll independently manage all aspects of the property, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. Your key responsibilities include:

• Safeguarding the building's security and prioritizing the safety and comfort of all guests and colleagues.
• Managing fire evacuation protocols and operating the fire panel with precision.
• Handling essential front office tasks, such as:
• Processing guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Efficiently handle all room service requests.
• Accurately charging room service orders using the Zonal POS room charge function.
• Skillfully resolving any guest complaints or challenges that arise.
• Overseeing and approving the public area cleaning performed by external companies.
• Assisting with the operational setup for both breakfast and lunch services.
• Providing a clear and comprehensive shift handover to the Day Team.
• Ensuring reception, bar, and restaurant areas remain immaculately presented at all times.
• Performing the crucial PMS Night Audit, which involves:
• Checking all rooms for prior check-ins.
• Flagging any non-arrival rooms for follow-up by the Day Team.
• Investigating ‘Due Out’ rooms and taking appropriate actions.
• Completing the entire night audit process using Rezlynx.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are searching for an inpidual who embodies utmost attention to detail and possesses the initiative to work independently, readily taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed. You will be passionate about hospitality, bringing a friendly and approachable demeanour to every interaction. Fluency in English is essential, alongside proven experience in a similar Night Manager or senior overnight role within the hospitality sector. The ability to commit to the specific night shifts from 10pm to 7am, operating on a consistent four on, four off pattern, is crucial, with the role commencing on 30th December 2025.
