Responsibilities in your new role as Head Waiter

As the Head Waiter, you will lead a section of the restaurant, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. You will be responsible for suggesting wine pairings and menu items, supporting the restaurant manager in daily operations, and adeptly handling guest queries and complaints. Your leadership will guide the waiting staff to deliver a consistently high standard of 5-star service, helping to create an exceptional dining atmosphere.
 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a 4 or 5-star setting, who is a confident, natural leader with a strong ambition to learn and grow. Your commitment to providing 5-star service should be unwavering, alongside a solid knowledge of menus and service protocols. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure all brand standards are upheld while expertly managing your section to meet the needs of every guest. Ideally, you will have WSET Level 2 or equivalent certification.
