Responsibilities in your new role as Assistant Food and Beverage Manager
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be instrumental in the smooth and successful operation of our client's F&B department. You will work closely with the Food and Beverage Manager, providing crucial support in daily operations, and extending your expertise to other outlets within the venue.
Key duties will include staff training and onboarding, ensuring new team members are fully integrated and proficient. You will expertly liaise with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and address any guest services issues promptly and professionally, always aiming to exceed expectations. A significant part of your role will be to consistently drive and uphold high standards across all diverse food and beverage outlets.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To excel in this Assistant Food and Beverage Manager role, you will bring essential previous experience from a 4 or 5-star hospitality environment. Your background will demonstrate a proven track record in managing operations across events, fine dining, and high-volume venues, showcasing your versatility and resilience.
