Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

As a key member of the kitchen team, you’ll take charge of your section and make sure every dish meets high standards of quality and presentation. You’ll prepare and serve dishes to fine-dining levels, working in line with the menu and service times.
You’ll support the Head and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations and help maintain excellent food hygiene and cleanliness.

Your role will also include stock rotation, ordering, and inventory tasks, as well as mentoring junior chefs and contributing to a positive, professional kitchen environment. Following all health, safety, and hygiene procedures will be essential.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are searching for an individual with proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a quality-led kitchen environment in the vibrant hospitality sector. You will be genuinely passionate about food and deeply committed to achieving culinary excellence in every plate you create. We value candidates who are exceptionally well-organised, capable of remaining calm and effective under pressure, and confident in taking the lead on their section. As a dedicated team player with strong communication and excellent time management skills, you will thrive in our collaborative setting.

Essential qualifications include a valid Food Hygiene certification and a solid understanding of HACCP principles. We're looking for someone with a minimum of 1 year's relevant experience, fluent in English, and demonstrating an enthusiastic drive for maintaining high standards and a commitment to continual improvement.
