As the Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in managing a dynamic kitchen team within an esteemed hotel. Your duties will include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, supervising kitchen staff, managing stock levels, adhering to strict food hygiene and safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments. You'll also support menu planning and follow client instructions to ensure the highest standard of culinary excellence.
We're looking for someone with experience in a similar hotel-based role, specifically in a Sous Chef or similar position.
