Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant Manager

In your pivotal role as Restaurant Manager, you will lead the restaurant team through engaging induction, comprehensive training, and ongoing development. You'll be the driving force behind the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members. Working closely with the Operations Manager, you'll assist in efficiently running daily operations while ensuring that every service is delivered to the highest standard. Your welcoming demeanor and attention to the personal care of our guests will enhance their experience and foster a loyal customer base.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must embody a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Your excellent communication skills will shine through, particularly when handling guest queries and complaints. A positive personality, energy, and enthusiasm are a must! You should bring proven experience at a manager level, particularly in training and development, alongside a strong background in high-volume environments.
