Responsibilities in your new role as Legal Administrator

As a Legal Administrator, you will be instrumental in supporting the conveyancing team with administrative support and assist them in carrying out conveyancing work on behalf of clients. This includes drafting letters and legal documents, undertaking searches with the Local Authority and the Land Register of Scotland, preparing Land Registration and LBTT forms, and assisting with the preparation of fee notes. You will also liaise directly with clients and other parties while ensuring compliance with Anti Money Laundering (AML) procedures during client onboarding.



Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and confident team player who excels at prioritizing a high-volume workload with exceptional standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, essential for building and maintaining collaborative working relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is crucial.

We are looking for someone with experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role within the legal property sector. While this is a full-time position, we are open to considering part-time and flexible working arrangements to accommodate your needs.
