Responsibilities in your new role as Junior Sous Chef

As a Junior Sous Chef, you'll embrace the opportunity to use the finest products while cooking from scratch to provide our guests with a unique dining experience. You will collaborate closely with our kitchen brigade to prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, employing creative cooking methods. You will thrive under pressure, ensuring quality during busy periods, while enjoying a work-life balance with a no split shift policy. Expect to work 5 days a week, focusing on our dinner service.

We are looking for someone with dedication and passion for high-end food and wine, who can inspire others with their enthusiasm and confidence. You will have a commitment to service excellence, alongside excellent communication and teamwork skills.
