Responsibilities in your new role as Head Chef 

In this key position, you will oversee all aspects of multiple kitchens within the venue, ensuring operations meet and exceed the standards expected of an award winning, 5-star establishment. Your passion for innovation will inspire the team as you train and develop their skills. You will be responsible for menu creation, focusing on crafting extraordinary dishes with the finest locally sourced Scottish produce while meeting and exceeding financial plans to ensure consistency across all products.
