​About the Job

As a Recruitment Divisional Manager, you will play an integral part in the smooth running of your team. Your purpose will be to convey the company's aims, goals and values at all levels, as well as lead your team to maximise their recruitment activity performance, improve service levels, and achieve their financial targets.

You will support and work closely with your team of Recruitment Consultants so we are looking for a team leader with strong communication skills.

Your new job will involve providing quality permanent, contract, and temporary staff of all levels to companies in the UK, promoting the services of both your division and the company.

Experience Required

As for your experience, we are not going to put an exact time scale on it but you must be able to clearly demonstrate a successful track record within a senior recruitment role, whilst still maintaining the same desire and motivation to succeed. This role could be ideal for an existing Principal Consultant or an existing Divisional Manager who is looking to take the next leap forward in their recrutiment career.
