Running a Successful Family Business

Running a Successful Family Business
Hotel Du Vin
13th November 2008 - Entrepreneurial Exchange

Jane Wylie-Roberts, Managing Director of Stafffinders and Ken McCracken of Family Business Solutions spoke to a group of members from the Entrepreneurial Exchange about the specific challenges faced by business families and families in Business.  Many facets unique to such businesses were covered from how to reward non-family senior managers to succession planning.  The discussions went well past the 10pm finish time with a new desire from the businesses involved to help each other through their unique challenges.

Just a short note of thanks for giving us your time to present at our "Running a Family Business" Focus Dinner in Glasgow.
The feedback received from guests has been absolutely fantastic.  I hope you enjoyed your involvement and again I express my thanks for your time and support, it is greatly appreciated.
Chris Gorman OBE, Chairman, Entrepreneurial Exchange
