Michael Smith makes the finals of Great British Menu

Stafffinders represented and placed Michael back in July 2004 at the Three Chimneys and know that Michael is a brilliant Chef and truly deserves to have made it through to the finals.

As noted in The Herald on Saturdays 14th May 2011, Michael faced Philip Carnegie, Head Chef of Inverlochy Castle and Tony Singh, Chef-Patron of Edinburgh's Oloroso, but Michael won with a delicious menu of whole baked Highland Brie encased with grape jelly, three salmon kedgeree, Skye lamb served on individual barbecues and raspberry and hazelnut meringue tower.

All the best in the finals Michael!
