Why did you decide to enter the recruitment industry?
My understanding of recruitment was minimal when I initially started but felt that it is an exciting industry to work in. I knew there will be challenges just like in any other jobs but knew that I can build my career in this.
How would you describe your role at Stafffinders?
Extremely grateful for my role with Stafffinders and feel that currently, the role is very open and diverse which will help me to develop better understanding in other sectors of the business as well as learn more about different markets and business strategies.
What is the most rewarding part of being in recruitment?
The opportunity to know that you have helped someone to get employment which will help them to look after their families, offer them opportunities to get a step closer to their dreams and aspirations.
How do you spend your free time outside of work?
I look after all my exotic animals, day trips to the beautiful Scotland’s countryside, meeting friends and family and soaking up as much sun as that is possible in Scotland : )
