Why did you decide to enter the recruitment industry?
To be honest, I sort of fell into it, but I have never looked back. I enjoy interacting with both candidates and clients and finding that right match.
How would you describe your role at Stafffinders?
Very varied, not one day the same, exciting!
What is the most rewarding part of being in recruitment?
The best part for me is helping candidates find their dream job, it is an amazing feeling to know you have made a positive difference in someone else’s life.
How do you spend your free time outside of work?
I LOVE watching movies!
What would you say your favourite motto is?
Never give up!
Who inspires you?
There are loads of people who inspire me daily, however, I would say anyone who has had to work hard for what they have achieved is always an inspiration to me.
