Responsibilities in your new role as IPS Product Specialist
As an IPS Product Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, providing expert technical support and ensuring customers get the most from the products and solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on the Turnkey IPS product suite
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client queries and technical support
- Troubleshooting product issues and identifying effective solutions
- Logging, tracking, and updating support tickets accurately within the CRM system
- Developing a strong understanding of the Turnkey IPS Cloud System and its functionality
- Liaising with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently
- Delivering a high standard of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage
- Supporting the front-line service desk by assisting with incoming support calls when required
- Contributing to continuous improvements in support processes and product knowledge
Your personality, experience and qualifications
- Previous experience using IPS SQL and/or IPS Cloud
- 2-5 years' experience within the insolvency profession
- A strong understanding of insolvency processes and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence delivering support and training in both virtual and face-to-face environments
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
