Responsibilities in your new role as the Sous Chef
As the newest Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of the kitchen, ensuring all sections are prepared for service, supporting the training of junior chefs and stock rotation and control. You will also be expected to bring your culinary flair and assist in the creation of new seasonal menus.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To take on the role of Sous Chef you must have the drive and attention to detail to perform your duties to the highest standard. You will have proven experience of thriving in a similar role and the determination to produce top-class dishes for diners to enjoy.
