Responsibilities in your new role as the Sous Chef
In this role, you'll collaborate with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef to ensure the efficient daily operations of the kitchen, while preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, high-volume catering environment. Responsibilities also include mentoring junior team members and maintaining strict adherence to food hygiene and health and safety protocols.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered for the Sous Chef position, candidates must have at least six months of experience in a similar role within a fine dining setting. This experience should demonstrate a thorough knowledge of high-quality food preparation, effective kitchen management, and the ability to uphold exceptional standards in a high-pressure environment.
