Through Staffinders I have received many varied placements and excellent levels of communication. Never once did I consider myself alone. Even between times Michelle was checking to make sure everything was still ok. Always flexible with changes, I've never been with a better agency.

Salary£24000 to £30000 p/a
Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking for an outstanding Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Paisley. Whether your recruitment background is in Commercial & Office Support, Industrial, Hospitality or any other specialist recruitment sector, you could be just what we are looking for. Provided you are talented, motivated and can demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, we are very much open-minded.
Benefits in your new job
- Highly competitive salary
- Achievable bonus opportunities
- Potential for flexible working hours
- Time in lieu accrual
- Development opportunities such as industry accredited qualifications from the REC and world-renowned training plans such as “Social Talent”
- Length of service benefits such as extra days’ holiday and private healthcare
- And most important of all, your birthday off every year (and if it falls on the weekend, don’t worry, you can take another day off of your choosing)
Besides the aforementioned bonus opportunities, we offer regular and varied performance-related incentives and prizes. You will get the chance to have your ideas heard and implemented, as we don’t like to micromanage, rather be supportive and open-minded in our approach. Last but not least, if you are really good you will get the chance to progress further within the company.
Your new employer
Stafffinders are a second-generation, family-led business, very much at the forefront of temporary and permanent Scottish recruitment since 1971. So much so, we have won several awards over recent years, including “Outstanding Performing Business” at the ROCCO Awards. With offices in both the west and east coast, we cover the length of breadth of Scotland (also internationally thanks to the continued success of our sister company, Kingpin – who are also recruiting in Edinburgh, in case that’s more to your liking).
Members of both APSCO and REC trade bodies, our values and ethics are very much in line with our family background. We also work closely with both community and charity organisations, recently raising awareness and funds for charities such as Cash for Kids, RAMH and MND.
Your experience, qualifications and personality
To succeed as a Recruitment Consultant, you will need to be determined, enthusiastic and self-driven. Attitude is everything within the job, as you will be required to meet targets and pro-actively drive business development in a fast-paced, competitive market, actively sourcing clients and candidates through a wide variety of mediums for a wide variety of roles.
We need a person who loves to succeed, as well as develop and fulfil their potential. The personal touch is vital, so if you want to be figuratively tied to a desk and hide behind emails, perhaps give it a miss.
As for your experience, we are not going to put an exact time-scale on it but you must be able to clearly demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, whilst still maintaining the same desire and motivation to succeed.
Please send us an up-to-date copy of your CV. Candidates will be required to provide proof of right-to-work eligibility and up-to-date contact details for at least 2 references.
