Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking for an outstanding Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Edinburgh city centre. Whether your recruitment background is in Commercial & Office Support, Industrial, Hospitality or any other recruitment sector, you could be just what we are looking for. The successful candidate:
To succeed as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will need to be determined, enthusiastic and self-driven. Attitude is everything within the job, as you will be required to pro-actively drive business development in a competitive market, actively sourcing clients and candidates through a wide variety of mediums for a wide variety of roles. We need a Senior who loves to see their team succeed, develop and fulfil their potential, whilst also having a successful billing desk themselves. The personal touch is vital, so if you want to be figuratively tied to a desk and hide behind emails, perhaps give it a miss.
As for your experience, we are not going to put an exact time-scale on it but you must be able to clearly demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment, whilst still maintaining the same desire and motivation to succeed.
