Salary: £8.91 per hour (dependant on age and in line with NMW).

Full-time: 40-43 hours per week.

Your New Job Responsibilities

The Receptionist position involves being able to liaise with all departments and work incredibly well in a team. If at the Spa and Leisure desk, your role is to ensure that the experience runs smoothly, efficiently and upholds and delivers high standards to the hotel guests. The team always provide and ensure total guest satisfaction and safety. Other responsibilities include taking Spa Treatment reservations, checking in guests to use the facilities, monitoring safety equipment such as CCTV.

 

Your Experience, Qualifications and Personality

The individual should possess skills and traits such as being a team player, working quickly and efficiently, having attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and the motivation to learn. Above all the candidates should have a great sense of fun.

At least 1 years’ experience in a minimum 3-star establishment and experience using a hotel booking PMS system is desirable. Excellent guest interaction ability and cash handling experience would also make a candidate stand out.
