Your New Job Responsibilities
You will be assisting the Head Chef in the running of the kitchen and be involved in training new staff. You will also be expected to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
Your Experience, Qualifications and Personality
You should be able to clearly demonstrate a successful background as a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef, ideally within high volume environments. Knowledge of food safety and regulations is vital.
Immaculate presentation is essential, alongside excellent communication skills. Above all else, you should have a team-based work ethic and creative flair.
