Responsibilities in your new role as Senior Marketing Executive
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will spearhead the creation of engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, videos, and articles that resonate with the brand messaging. You will develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans across web, print, and social media landscapes, whilst managing website updates, SEO strategies, and social media channels.

A key part of your role will be monitoring and reporting on digital analytics to drive performance improvements. You’ll plan targeted campaigns utilising personalised approaches and analyse customer and competitor data to enhance marketing strategies. Additionally, you'll oversee and guide external contractors, manage the marketing budget, and coordinate exciting trade and company events.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
To thrive in this role of Senior Marketing Executive, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant marketing position, complemented by a marketing or communications qualification, preferably with a digital marketing focus. Your proven ability to manage budgets and oversee external partners is crucial, along with project management experience. Creating impactful marketing collateral and familiarity with brand/product marketing, social media, PPC, and display advertising are essential.

Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics will help you make data-driven decisions, while excellent verbal and written communication skills will enhance your professional copywriting abilities across various channels. You should be adept with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop). Familiarity with Mailchimp and Monday.com is advantageous.
