Responsibilities within your new role as the Restaurant General Manager
In this role, you will need to be adaptable to business changes while maintaining a positive and consistent attitude in any situation. Key responsibilities include managing costs effectively, having a strong understanding of P&Ls and KPIs, creating staff rotas, and optimising labour margins. You will also ensure compliance with licensing, risk assessment, and health and safety procedures. As a motivating leader, you will build relationships with your team, guiding them to excel and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Adaptability, a positive attitude, and a talent for building strong relationships are key characteristics for success in this role.
