Stafffinders are excited to be recruiting for a Head of Recruitment Operations, to lead and build a motivated and ambitious team in Edinburgh city centre. Our Edinburgh office has just moved to a larger (and decidedly swisher) townhouse in the city centre EH1 district and we want a new Manager that will get things going with a bang.

We need a strong leader, who loves to build, coach and mentor a team and then see them succeed, develop and fulfil their potential. The personal touch is vital, so if you want to be figuratively tied to a desk and hide behind emails, perhaps give it a miss.
As for experience, we are not going to put an exact timescale on it, but you must be able to demonstrate a clear, successful track record in a senior or managerial recruitment role, whilst still maintaining the same desire and motivation to succeed.
This role could be ideal for a Principal Consultant or Divisional Manager, looking to take the next leap forward in their career.
Finally, although the role specifically covers Edinburgh and the east coast, you will also definitely get the chance to have your good ideas heard and implemented across the entire company.
