Stafffinders are excited to be recruiting for a Recruitment Business Manager, to lead and build a motivated and ambitious team in Edinburgh city centre. With our Edinburgh office imminently moving to a larger (and decidedly swisher) townhouse building in the EH1 district of Edinburgh, we want a new Business Manager that will get things going with a bang.

Whether your background is in Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality or another recruitment sector, you could be just what we are looking for. The main priority for us is that you are driven, self-motivated, can demonstrate a successful track record in recruitment and thrive on developing others.

To succeed as our Recruitment Business Manager for Edinburgh, you will need to be determined, enthusiastic and self-driven. Attitude is everything within the job, as you will be required to proactively drive business development through your team, in a highly competitive market.  We need a strong leader, who loves to build a team and then see them succeed, develop and fulfil their potential. The personal touch is vital, so if you want to be figuratively tied to a desk and hide behind emails, perhaps give it a miss.

As for experience, we are not going to put an exact timescale on it, but you must be able to demonstrate a clear, successful track record in recruitment, whilst still maintaining the same desire and motivation to succeed.

This role could be ideal for a Senior Consultant or Divisional Manager, looking to take the next leap forward in their career.

Finally, although the role specifically covers Edinburgh and the east coast, you will also definitely get the chance to have your good ideas heard and implemented across the entire company.
