Your responsibilities in your new role as the Product Specialist

• Serve as the go-to expert for our products, providing key product advice and support to all customers and channels globally.

• Lead the product training program for both peers and customers, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective usage of our products.

• Provide technical support after the sale, working closely with colleagues and customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify market opportunities, enhance existing products, and shape the development of new ones.

• Play an active role in product launches, ensuring that all aspects of the launch process are executed seamlessly.

• Contribute to the resolution of product issues, using your expertise to troubleshoot and guide solutions.

• Contribute to the business planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market feedback and product performance.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Minimum of 3 Highers, ideally in English, Maths, or another STEM subject, or equivalent qualifications/experience.

• Experience working in a product team, with a proven track record of contributing to product success.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to challenge the status quo.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and agility are essential.

• A passion for products and a strong desire to learn and innovate.

• Willingness to engage in international travel as required.
