Your responsibilities in your new role as the Product Specialist

Serve as the go-to expert for our products, providing key product advice and support to all customers and channels globally.

Lead the product training program for both peers and customers, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective usage of our products.

Provide technical support after the sale, working closely with colleagues and customers to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction.

Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify market opportunities, enhance existing products, and shape the development of new ones.

Play an active role in product launches, ensuring that all aspects of the launch process are executed seamlessly.

Contribute to the resolution of product issues, using your expertise to troubleshoot and guide solutions.

Contribute to the business planning process by providing insights and recommendations based on market feedback and product performance.
Your personality, experience and qualifications

Minimum of 3 Highers, ideally in English, Maths, or another STEM subject, or equivalent qualifications/experience.

Experience working in a product team, with a proven track record of contributing to product success.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong ability to challenge the status quo.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment where flexibility and agility are essential.

A passion for products and a strong desire to learn and innovate.

Willingness to engage in international travel as required.
