The Commis Chef job will involve working alongside the current brigade & taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen. There will be a strong emphasis on seasonality, sustainability & imaginative cuisine, with an a la carte offering and up to 8-course tasting menus, you'll be trained to master the art of getting the maximum flavour out of everything you use.
This restaurant is geared towards using Scotland's natural larder, arguably the greatest in the world, to create incredible dishes to show off the ingredients and what you can do. The successful applicant should have relevant experience in a high-quality kitchen.

With the restaurant being located in a rural part of Argyll, this position may suit someone who drives & has access to their own transport.
