Stafffinders are thrilled to be recruiting for a top resort based in Argyll & Bute for a Chef de Partie. This is a role with a good deal of creative freedom, a chance to learn from a top Executive Chef & join a team that is constantly picking up awards due to the quality of staff and the ethos of the business. The hotel has picked up loads of awards and is always going for more, always going forward and provides diners with a fresh cuisine that is unrivalled in the area. The successful Chef de Partie will be able to multitask, be able to work under pressure and be able to train, motivate and inspire junior chefs in the brigade. The hotel has 3 different restaurants and so there is room to accommodate different cooking styles.


There is top class training on offer, and if you are successful in getting this role, you can be considered & trained for a Sous Chef role within a year. This is a place that truly believes in looking after people and bringing out their best qualities.


You will need experience in a high-quality hotel at Chef de Partie level, you must be passionate about food and delivering amazing hospitality to guests. You must be well-organised, a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and be used to working in a fast-paced environment.

Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Chef de Partie role. Commis Chefs with strong training and the ability to step up may be considered, as will Sous Chefs who are willing to step back to learn the menu & systems before progressing back to Sous Chef level.
