The job will involve working alongside the current brigade & taking responsibility for a designated section of the kitchen. There will be a strong emphasis on seasonality, sustainability & imaginative cuisine, with an a la carte offering and up to 8 course tasting menus, you'll be trained to master the art of getting the maximum flavour out of everything you use.
This restaurant is geared towards using the best of Scotland's natural larder, arguably the best in the world, to create incredible dishes to show the best of the ingredients and what you can do. The successful applicant should have relevant experience in a high quality kitchen.
This is an opportunity for a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie, who is looking to join a strong team, who is willing to learn and fulfil their potential as the brigade pushes for further accolades. Due to the location of the restaurant, this may suit someone who drives & has access to their own transport.
