We are working with a fresh pizza restaurant in Paisley, offering diverse pizza styles. Our client prides themself on creating high-quality pizzas that keep customers coming back for more. Stafffinders are looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join a friendly team.

Your responsibilities in your new role as the Pizza Chef

• Assist in the successful opening of the new venue.

• Prepare dough, sauce, and toppings with a strong focus on freshness and quality.

• Stretch dough and create pizzas to order, ensuring timely and consistent results.

• Maintain strict stock control and manage kitchen inventory efficiently.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times.

• Adhere to all COSHH, EHO, and HACCP guidelines.

• Contribute creatively to the menu, assisting in the development of specials and new pizza styles.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, freshly made pizza environment.

• Proficiency in dough stretching and a strong understanding of various pizza bases and styles.

• Creativity, with a passion for contributing to menu creation and specials.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work well within a small team and maintain a positive work environment.

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
