Responsibilities in your new role as Sous Chef - Fine Dining

As a senior member of the esteemed culinary team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our operation runs flawlessly. This includes meticulously managing orders and deliveries, guaranteeing a seamless service, and upholding the most stringent food hygiene standards. You will actively support the Head Chef in pioneering new ideas and innovative techniques, fostering a creative, ever-evolving kitchen environment where we continuously strive to develop new, delicious combinations of taste and texture.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are seeking a highly accomplished individual with substantial previous experience working as part of a fast-moving, quality-driven kitchen team, specifically at a Sous Chef level. Ideally, your background will include working within Michelin-starred establishments and luxury hotels, showcasing your aptitude for the highest standards in hospitality. You are an outstanding cook with an impeccable track record, someone who never rests on their laurels, continually striving to learn and hone your skills.

Possessing an exceptional and discerning eye for detail, you take immense pride in perfecting the small things that collectively make a monumental difference. Energised and fuelled by a high-paced operation and equally high expectations, you are resilient, skilled at managing multiple and often competing priorities with grace and efficiency.
