Responsibilities in your new role as a People Partner
In this role, you will support the Head of People in delivering a commercially driven and forward-looking people service to the business. You will play a key role in shaping strategic people initiatives while overseeing daily people operations and providing advice on employee relations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to both tactical and strategic people solutions, making a meaningful impact on the overall people strategy within the company.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
This role requires CIPD Level 7 certification and a strategic, project-focused mindset, with an emphasis on modernising business processes. Strong HR advisory skills are essential, particularly in employee relations, sick leave, and tribunals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as an experienced and influential HR professional.
