Responsibilities in your new role as a People Coordinator
As the direct line manager for all labour staff, you’ll ensure adherence to company and client policies, providing support and guidance to maintain smooth operations. You'll serve as the primary client liaison, handling queries and requests while fostering strong, professional relationships. You’ll oversee safety compliance, keeping staff informed on Health & Safety legislation and best practices. Regular quality checks will be part of your role to ensure work meets standards. Lastly, you’ll collaborate with senior management on operations and compliance, maintain accurate records, and handle any additional tasks assigned by senior management.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
You should have at least two years of experience in a previous people coordinator or similar role, where you demonstrated strong leadership skills, effectively managed teams, and ensured smooth day-to-day operations.
