Responsibilities in your new role as Product Manager

As the Product Manager, you will lead end-to-end product development and lifecycle management across household and personal care categories, taking ownership of customer portfolios and ensuring products are successfully delivered from concept through to launch. You'll work closely with customers to develop tailored primary and secondary packaging solutions, ensuring alignment with commercial stakeholders.


You'll work closely with the technical teams and external suppliers to deliver successful product launches. Your role will also include preparing detailed product costing sheets alongside the sales team, managing customer artwork and approval processes to ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and labelling requirements, and supporting sustainability initiatives such as PCR integration.


Your personality, experience and qualifications

We're looking for someone with at least 3 years' experience in product or project management, or packaging development, ideally within the FMCG sector. Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly desirable, along with a strong understanding of packaging development and artwork preparation, supported by excellent attention to detail.


You'll bring sound knowledge of sustainability requirements, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams. Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight timelines, you'll be able to work both independently and as part of a team.


Excellent communication skills are essential, along with strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva, enabling you to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels and support the successful and timely delivery of new products from concept through to launch.
