Your shift pattern:
Weeks 1 & 3: Early shifts - Monday to Thursday 6am to 2pm, with a slightly shorter day on Friday, ending at 1:30pm.
Weeks 2 & 4: Late afternoon shifts - Monday to Thursday 2pm to 10pm, with Friday's shift starting at 1:30pm and ending at 9pm.
Additionally, there's the opportunity for optional weekend overtime on a rotational basis, where you'll be paid at double the regular pay rate.

Responsibilities within your new role
In your role as the Maintenance Engineer, you will shoulder a diverse array of responsibilities including contributing to all maintenance operations to guarantee the plant's availability, ensuring continuous compliance with health and safety standards, executing both mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks and engaging in planned, preventive, and predictive activities as necessary.
You will participate in plant efficiency development initiatives, and meticulously document job data before the commencement of work to anticipate potential challenges and propose pre-emptive measures.
Your success will hinge on your ability to effectively manage workloads, efficiently utilise available resources, and vigilantly monitor progress, all while fostering mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to a shared objective.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
We highly value applicants who bring a strong foundation in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to the table, backed by a demonstrable history of excellence in their respective field. Furthermore, strong organisational skills are essential for success in this role, along with efficiently managing tasks, prioritising workloads effectively, and maintaining accurate records. This skill set, combining technical proficiency with attention to detail, diagnostic prowess and problem-solving acumen is pivotal to making a meaningful impact in your new role.
Considering the geographical location of the site, possessing a valid driver's license and having access to personal transportation is an asset.
