Responsibilities in your new role as Junior Sous Chef

• Act as the figurehead for the kitchen operation, setting and maintaining an exceptionally high standard of food quality in terms of taste, presentation, and service.

• Foster a culture of development within the kitchen brigade.

• Create and maintain a safe, happy, and committed working environment that meets all current legislation.

• Provide innovation and new product ideas while promoting local ingredients and suppliers.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
Applicants must possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Junior Sous Chef in either a fine dining setting or a 5-star hotel environment, along with a deep understanding of ingredients and familiarity with local food trends and history. Candidates should demonstrate proven abilities in managing people, showcasing a natural flair for creativity and innovation coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
