Responsibilities in your new role as Junior Sous Chef

Act as the figurehead for the kitchen operation, setting and maintaining an exceptionally high standard of food quality in terms of taste, presentation, and service.

Foster a culture of development within the kitchen brigade.

Create and maintain a safe, happy, and committed working environment that meets all current legislation.

Provide innovation and new product ideas while promoting local ingredients and suppliers.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
Applicants must possess a minimum of one year of experience as a Junior Sous Chef in either a fine dining setting or a 5-star hotel environment, along with a deep understanding of ingredients and familiarity with local food trends and history. Candidates should demonstrate proven abilities in managing people, showcasing a natural flair for creativity and innovation coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
