Your Rate of Pay & Hours of Work

Offering unrivalled flexibility to fit around your lifestyle, our Waiting Staff roles offer excellent hourly pay of £8.91 p/h combined with holiday pay from your first shift and generous pensions contributions. Our esteemed client also offers accommodation within their lovely venue and free meals.

 

Your Temp Job Responsibilities

As Bar and Waiting staff you will greet customers in a polite and professional manner as well as prepare, clean and set the tables before and after use. You will provide excellent customer service when welcoming visitors and by presenting customers with the menu and available drinks. Throughout your shift, you will attend the tables and ensure the customers are satisfied with the service. As part of the Waiting Staff team you will also assist with customer queries and work closely with other teams within the venue, such as kitchen staff and the front of house team.

 

Your Experience, Qualifications & Personality

Previous Waiting experience for a minimum of 1 year is essential for this role with the ability to confidently talk to customer and provide exceptional service to all visitors.

The successful candidate must be open to learning about the venue and answer customer queries, whilst being willing to adapt to change. A genuine passion for the hospitality trade is also desirable.

As an individual you should have excellent attention to detail, possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude and be able to meet targets in a highly demanding environment. You will be comfortable working within a team as well as being able to work independently.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, speak English to a high standard and have great, personal presentation.
