Your New Job Responsibilities
As Sales Administrator, you will work closely with the Internal Sales Manager to achieve agreed targets. You will be primarily responsible for selling to and maintaining an established customer base whilst resolving customer queries and issues efficiently. You day to day duties will also include general office administration and support of the wider team.
Your Experience, Qualifications and Personality
The ideal candidate will have enthusiasm, energy and the desire to develop their career within this challenging yet rewarding sector. You will have the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced and busy environment. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, both oral and written, whilst having excellent attention to detail. As Sales Administrator, candidates should also have great working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This position would suit a person with a minimum of 2 years of customer/sales/logistic experience. A college/university qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
