Responsibilities in your new role as General Manager
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with a dedicated team, overseeing the complete operation of the city centre hotel. You will be hands-on and guest-focused, ensuring that every experience is a 5-star one. Your forward-thinking mindset will generate new streams of sales while fostering a strong community presence. A comprehensive understanding of P&L is essential, alongside overseeing the training and development of your team.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in senior management within a 4 or 5-star hospitality setting. Your passion for hospitality and your knowledge of current trends will set you apart from others.
