Are you a seasoned Chef looking for a short-term opportunity to lead a kitchen and deliver exceptional meals? We have an opportunity for an experienced Head Chef to step in and manage an Edinburgh based kitchen for a 2-4 week period.

Responsibilities within your new role as the Head Chef
The role involves leading kitchen operations, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring meals are prepared and presented to the highest standard. You'll also handle stock ordering, inventory management, and coordinate with suppliers.

Your personality, experience and qualifications
Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in a senior kitchen role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing a fast-paced kitchen environment.
