Responsibilities in your new role 

You will take the lead in our client's well-established and extremely popular restaurant, having an integral duty to run the kitchen as smoothly as possible whilst developing the kitchen brigade. As the new Head Chef, you’ll work closely with the team to develop a creative and delicious seasonal menu.  

Your personality, experience and qualifications 
We would be delighted to speak with Chefs who have obtained a couple of years of experience within a similar role and who have had exposure to working in a fast-paced yet high-quality environment.  
Above all else, we are looking for a creative Chef with the drive and ambition to successfully run a well-established kitchen combined with supporting the journey of younger Chefs to create a strong, dedicated team.
