Responsibilities within your new role as a General Manager
This role requires hands-on experience in hospitality management, overseeing daily hotel operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include managing multiple departments within budget, coordinating staff schedules, and leading team training and development. As the face of the venue, you'll handle guest relations, resolve issues efficiently, and set the standard for exceptional customer service with a proactive, lead-by-example approach.

Your experience, qualifications and personality
To be considered for this role, you should bring a friendly, calm demeanor with a passion for inspiring and motivating a team. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, as is experience in a previous General Manager role. A focus on maximising revenue and profitability, while maintaining an exceptional guest experience, is key to success in this position.
