Your responsibilities in your new role as the General Manager

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring all departments function seamlessly.

Foster a warm and welcoming environment for guests, maintaining the highest standards of service throughout their stay.

Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, with a focus on recruitment, retention, training, and development.

Implement and manage effective cost control measures, ensuring the hotel operates within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Regularly communicate with the Managing Director, providing updates on hotel performance and addressing any operational challenges.

Oversee multiple departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and others, ensuring flawless service delivery across all areas.
Your personality, experience and qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Manager in a luxury or 5-star hotel setting is essential.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding service and creating memorable guest experiences.

Must be willing and able to relocate to the Scottish Highlands.

Demonstrated success in cost control, team training and development, and managing a luxury hotel environment.
