Our client’s luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Inverness is renowned for its exceptional guest experiences and elegant atmosphere. As they continue to grow, they are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead their team and maintain their high standards of luxury and service.

Responsibilities in your new role as the General Manager

• Ensure smooth operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

• Address guest concerns and feedback personally to ensure complete satisfaction and exceed expectations.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to ensure exceptional service and adherence to hotel standards. Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of staff in collaboration with the Operations Manager.

• Maintain and surpass high standards of service, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met and that staff are well-trained.

• Cultivate a welcoming, positive, and productive work environment for staff and foster a culture of excellence.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

• Proven track record in a senior hospitality role within a 4/5* environment, with a minimum of Assistant General Manager experience.

• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on staff development and guest interaction. Excellent customer service skills and a bright, enthusiastic personality.
