Responsibilities in your new role as the Food and Beverage Supervisor
Your responsibilities include overseeing the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage department, assigning daily tasks to staff. You will ensure comprehensive product knowledge of all menu items, wines, and beverages while maintaining exceptional service standards in both the restaurant and bar. Additionally, you will safeguard the proper handling and security of all equipment and manage departmental cash deposits. Adherence to safety protocols and ensuring all staff follow safety guidelines is a key part of your role. You will also serve as the designated Person on Duty during shifts when needed.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered for the role of Food and Beverage Supervisor, candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar supervisory position. This experience should demonstrate your ability to lead a team, manage daily operations, and ensure exceptional service standards. A solid understanding of food and beverage service, combined with strong organisational and communication skills, is essential for success in this role.
