Responsibilities in your new role as F&B Operations Manager

You will support the Food & Beverage Director in delivering seamless operations across all outlets. You’ll inspire and motivate a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through consistent standards, policies, and procedures. With strong commercial acumen and effective cost control, you’ll drive revenue growth while fostering clear communication across departments for a collaborative work environment. Your approachable leadership style and open-door policy will create a positive, high-performing culture, all while ensuring health & safety, licensing, and compliance standards are met at the highest level.

 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

As Food and Beverage Manager, we’re looking for a dynamic leader with a proven track record in food and beverage management within a luxury or high-end hospitality environment. A sharp commercial mindset, coupled with expertise in revenue optimization and cost control, is key to success in this role. You excel in communication, team development, and problem-solving, thriving in a fast-paced setting while upholding high operational standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong financial acumen are essential, along with at least two years of relevant experience.
