Responsibilities in your new role as the Duty Manager

Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel

Monitor market trends and styles to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative

Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Enhance the guest experience by consistently raising standards and providing exceptional customer service

Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Duty Manager role within a 4/5* hotel, a strong food and beverage background, and proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
