Responsibilities in your new role as the Duty Manager

• Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel

• Monitor market trends and styles to ensure the hotel remains competitive and innovative

• Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

• Enhance the guest experience by consistently raising standards and providing exceptional customer service

• Lead and motivate the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Duty Manager role within a 4/5* hotel, a strong food and beverage background, and proven leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
