As a Customer Service Representative, you will be at the front line of our client's operations, handling calls and providing exceptional customer service. You will respond to customer queries via various channels, including emails, ensuring ease and efficiency in communication. Your IT literacy will help streamline administration duties, contributing to an organised support system for clients.
